Information we collect
- Account details — name, email address, password (stored encrypted) and profile preferences.
- Order details — items purchased, sizes, delivery address, phone number and order history.
- Payment information — handled by Paystack. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or bank PIN. We only keep the transaction reference and status.
- Technical data — device, browser, and pages visited, collected only where you have allowed analytics cookies.
How we use your information
- To create and secure your customer account.
- To process orders, payments, delivery and exchanges.
- To send order confirmations, receipts and delivery updates.
- To prevent fraud and protect the store and its customers.
- To send marketing messages — only if you have opted in, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with: Paystack (payment processing), our delivery and logistics partners, our email delivery provider, and our secure cloud hosting and database provider. We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for up to six years to meet Nigerian tax and accounting obligations. Account data is kept until you delete your account, which you can do yourself from your Account page at any time.
Your rights
- Access a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate from your Account page.
- Delete your account and associated personal data.
- Withdraw consent for marketing or optional cookies at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security, so a customer can only ever read their own records. Administrative access is restricted to the store owner.
