2. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.
3. Products and pricing
- All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes.
- Colours may vary slightly between screens; every piece is photographed as faithfully as possible.
- Stock is limited. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you and refund in full.
- We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is dispatched.
4. Orders and payment
An order is a request to buy. A contract is formed once payment is confirmed and we send your order confirmation. Payments are processed securely by Paystack; we never store your card details. Stock is only deducted after a payment is verified as successful.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel an order yourself from the order status page while it is still pending or being prepared. Once shipped, the Exchange Policy applies.
6. Intellectual property
All imagery, product photography, text and the CEE BEAUTYEMPIRE name and marks belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
